Credentialing CoordinatorLos Angeles, CACome and join Skilled Wound Care where an exciting career awaits you!Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, ostomy care, and minor skin care, is looking to hire a Credentialing Coordinator to assist in the contracting and credentialing process for physicians and health practitioners.We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-balanced individual who is looking to share their expertise to assist Skilled Wound Care in the organization of all facets of the provider credentialing process. We will work with you to grow and thrive in this position!Job Duties:Communicate with a variety of health plans including Medicare and MedicaidComplete credentialing applications and contracts with health plansWork with our physicians to complete required documentationDiligently track progress of credentialing and contracting applications and communicate to leadership regularlyWork cross functionally with other departments to ensure business goals are metHelp to improve the provider licensing function as it continues to growRequirements/Qualifications:At least 1+ years of experience in credentialingStrong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skillsCredentialing experience with Behavioral HealthCredentialing experience in all states in the East Coast and CaliforniaThis is a REMOTE role but MUST live in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, MD, MO, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WYBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision InsuranceGenerous 401 K planPaid time offLife InsurancePay:$21.00-$25.00/hour (depending on experience)Quarterly bonusGreat Place to Work® Certified!Skilled Wound Care is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the 3rd year in a row.
