Regulatory Compliance & Claims Administrator Denver Tech Center, CO | Insurance / Financial Services We are partnering with a growing organization in the insurance industry to hire a Regulatory Compliance & Claims Administrator. This role will oversee regulatory compliance activities and support the full claims lifecycle for a portfolio of insurance entities. Key Responsibilities Manage regulatory filings related to entity formation, insurance licensing, ownership changes, and dissolutions Coordinate board and shareholder documentation and other corporate governance requirements Review and maintain contracts, insurance policies, reinsurance agreements, and compliance documentation Monitor regulatory developments and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls Serve as a liaison with regulators, actuaries, accountants, clients, and other external partners Manage claims from intake through resolution, including documentation, investigation coordination, status tracking, and payment processing Monitor regulatory and claims deadlines and maintain accurate records Prepare compliance and claims reports and support audits and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, audit, claims, insurance operations, or a related function Experience within a regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, banking, or healthcare Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and internal controls Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills Claims administration or broader insurance operations experience is a plus Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance, risk, law, or audit is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaxy Search Partners
