Silicone Fabrication Operator — Precision & Quality

Rogers-Corporation in Bear, Delaware is seeking a manufacturing technician to support silicone rubber fabrication. You will set up and monitor parameters, adjust machines, and ensure product quality and traceability. The role requires 2+ years in fabrication, basic math, and ability to use micrometers and other QC tools.
