This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in accordance with ARK Hospitality’s vision, mission, and core values. Those aspects include maximizing financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards.

The Operations Support Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, the Operations Support Manager must be a self-starter and understand that the position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during their assignment, and frequent travel.

Compensation:

$65,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities upkeep, event planning, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and departmental check-ins to support communication and service excellence.
• Lead day-to-day hotel operations across all departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Breakfast.
• Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by being present, responsive, and solution-oriented.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, financial records, and revenue optimization strategies.
