Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Springtown, Texas, United States
About the Role:
At Hidden Light ABA, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children through personalized ABA therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. As part of our team, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide high-quality, data-driven ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children's learning and development
Collect and record data on client progress, using tools and software provided by Hidden Light ABA
Collaborate with treatment teams to adjust treatment plans and strategies as needed
Provide support and redirection to children in various settings, including home, school, and community environments
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment activities
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology) preferred
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with children, parents, and treatment teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions; flexibility and adaptability are essential
