Attorney Position at Preti FlahertyPreti Flaherty, one of New England's largest law firms with offices in ME, NH, MA, and Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's dynamic and growing Litigation Practice Group. This hybrid position is based in our newly renovated headquarters in downtown Portland, ME, and offers an engaging roster of work in litigation on behalf of Preti's regional and national clients.Associates in Preti's Litigation Practice Group enjoy a uniquely high level of client interaction, as well as responsibility and involvement in all aspects and levels of case work. Degree from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership (or anticipated) in Maine2-4+ years of litigation experience preferredA judicial clerkship is preferred but not requiredStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memorandaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamworkAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAssociates with 0-3 years of relevant experience: lockstep base salary range of $105,000 to $109,000 based upon years of experience, with eligibility to earn bonuses based on work production, origination, and discretionary factors.
