Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred. Experience: Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment. Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options. Skills and Knowledge: Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs. Skills and Knowledge: Basic math and cash-handling skills. Skills and Knowledge: Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Job Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs. Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately. Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization. Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
