About the Role：
This is not a traditional copywriting job. AI can already produce first-draft content — the real value this role brings is judgment: deciding what the brand says, whether it fits the brand's tone, and whether it will actually land in a given market. You'll build the standards and systems that make our brand seen, trusted, and chosen by the world's top beauty and health-tech names. You are the owner of our external brand content, not an execution hand at the end of someone else's decisions.
What You'll Do：
Content Standards & Production Systems (20%) Build and continuously refine a unified standard for all outward-facing brand content — voice and language DNA, terminology guidelines, content no-gos, format templates — into rules that are reusable and easy to hand off. Turn every content judgment call and revision into a documented standard, so the system gets sharper the more it's used. Maintain reusable content workflows that reduce reliance on any one person's tacit know-how. AI Content Engine & Efficiency (15%) Use AI tools fluently to produce first drafts across formats — copy, scripts, social content, sales talk tracks — and build your own AI templates and prompt libraries. Use AI as leverage to multiply output and cut turnaround time without losing quality. Push AI adoption across market research, topic generation, creative/visual support, and first-draft writing. Cross-Platform, Dual-Market Content (15%) Own content production for both the international market (English-led) and the domestic China market (Chinese) — social media, media partnerships, trade shows, product materials, investor/partner materials, and the company website. Adapt one core asset to fit each platform and market rather than rewriting from scratch. Keep production on schedule and on spec against the content calendar. High-Value Content & Media Partnerships (15%) Independently plan and write high-value, high-visibility content: in-depth media features, brand Media Kits, and investor/partner materials. Content should carry both broad reach and premium brand tone, reflecting the weight of our R&D and our standing in the industry. Track media partnership milestones and turn finished collaborations into reusable content assets. Market Research & Editorial Strategy (10%) Regularly scan competitor moves, target-brand activity, and industry milestones, and turn them into actionable editorial briefs. Support early-stage market research and material-gathering for product development and brand positioning. Ground every topic choice in market evidence, not guesswork. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Archiving (5%) Work closely with design, R&D, and business development to keep content projects closing on schedule. Keep content assets, source materials, and version history well organized and easy to retrieve. Communicate clearly and professionally, internally and externally. Requirements:
What We're Looking For：
3+ years of experience in brand content, content editing, or content strategy; experience with globally-facing brands or cross-border e-commerce content is a strong plus.
Fluent with AI tools for content production, and comfortable building your own templates and prompt libraries.
Strong English reading and writing skills — able to independently judge whether English content actually works (spoken English not required).
Strong taste and judgment: you can explain why a piece of content is good, or why it doesn't fit the brand.
A portfolio is required, and candidates should be open to a paid trial assignment — a real task used to evaluate judgment and output quality.
