Your work will influence how new machines, tooling, and workflows are rolled out, giving you a visible impact on efficiency, quality, and future growth. Responsibilities: Create and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Siemens NX Select tooling, set speeds and feeds, and establish cutting strategies Perform simulations, prove-outs, and troubleshooting to ensure first-article success Develop setup sheets and process documentation that meet AS9100 standards Reduce cycle times and lead continuous-improvement initiatives Collaborate with production, quality, and supply-chain teams during equipment ramp-up Requirements: 5+ years of CNC programming experience, minimum 3-axis Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) (preferred) or Mastercam, and strong GD&T skills Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, and understand tooling and materials Preferred Qualifications: 5-axis programming, aerospace manufacturing background, Mastercam or AutoCAD experience, lean/continuous-improvement knowledge, and/or ERP/MRP exposure Interested in hearing more?
