(USA) Member Specialist

Position Summary Provides member service and maintains the checkout and entrance areas. Resolves member issues, promotes products, and supports members with self‑service technology. Meets company safety, security, and compliance standards. Trains new associates and ensures merchandise is properly oriented and safe. Responsibilities Provide customer service and support for all members. Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas. Process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Enforce safety and security procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. Arrange and organize merchandise, zone the area, and identify shrink or damages. Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items. Maintain entrance/exit procedures, verify membership cards, review receipts, and secure assets. Execute emergency response procedures and maintain required logs and documentation. Train Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new programs. Identify improvement opportunities and adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
