Client Success Manager Position: Client Success Manager Location: On-Site (O'Fallon, MO) Reports To: Manager Position Status: Exempt About Us: Automotive Product Consultants (APC) provides an array of services in the automotive industry and other industries. Our core service, the APC Follow-Up Program, is a proven system that provides dealerships with a second opportunity to sell sales and service customers F&I products after they have left the dealership. Client Success Manager Job Duties: Service multiple clients concurrently Communicates client needs and to colleagues internally via email and Task Planner to ensure consistent service Creative Design Sales Support Provides planning, support, execution and tracking of the print and mail process Keep records of client data through its cycle of use Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Point of contact for assigned clients Client Success Manager Skills and Qualifications: Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in verbal and written formats Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously PC skills Typing / Microsoft / Adobe / CRM - Database Time management Listening skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills Our Employees Enjoy: 401K with company match Medical, vision and dental insurance Paid vacation and personal time Career advancement opportunities Don't meet every single requirement?
