Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-year-old children. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement daily lessons and activities for 3-year-old children
Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, and hands-on activities
Support childrens social and emotional growth
Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
Communicate regularly with parents about childrens progress and behavior
Observe and document developmental milestones
Assist children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap time
Follow all school policies and state childcare regulations

Qualifications:
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Patient, creative, and dependable personality
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
CDA, Early Childhood Education certification, or related education preferred
Clean background
