MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Our client located in Morrisville, PA is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will be working a fast paced manufacturing environment where your skill set will be an addition to complex problem solving and repairs. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM. Occasional Saturday overtime offered. Salary: $28-36/hr

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Execute machinist tasks and responsibilities.
• Apply basic to advanced mechanical skills, including construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, utility, fabrication, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Perform advanced maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Utilize various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to supervision.
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety and health regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
