Job Opportunity – Hematology/Oncology Physician – Michigan

Location: Lapeer, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Average of 15-20 outpatient clinic patients per day. Clinic call coverage required.

• 100% adult outpatient oncology and hematology clinic setting
• Comprehensive support team including oncology RNs, medical assistants, social worker, dietitian, and nurse navigator
• Onsite infusion center and laboratory services for immediate CBC results
• Established outpatient practice formerly run by two physicians with NP assistance
• Cerner EMR system utilized for all clinical documentation
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board required

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology required
• Active Michigan state medical license (IMLC not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NPDB self-query (within 30 days) required at time of presentation
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
