1099 Registered Nurse Contractor Home Health/ 1099 Location:Coleraine Township Pay:$50.00-$55.00 Hourly Shift Options: Days, Nights, and Weekends open (12 Hour Shifts) Full Job Description Position Overview Energy Employee Services, LLC: Helping eligible energy workers obtain the compassionate healthcare they deserve! We are seeking a compassionate 1099 Registered Nurse Contractor to partner with our teams.. As a partner of the home health team, you will be responsible for managing the home care of terminally ill or elderly patients. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and a committed dedication to providing patients and families with accessible, comprehensive care. Responsibilities T horoughly assess patients in their homes to ensure best patient care. Work closely with staff and patient providers to ensure best outcomes for the patient. Provide clear medication education and medication management Assist with Activities for Daily Living (ADLS) to help with the patients quality of life. Timely and accurate documentation of patient status and condition. Must be willing to provide your availability in advance and understand you could be called to work on the days you have provided. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be willing to submit to a background check Must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation and auto insurance Must have an unencumbered RN License in the state you are applying to. Must be willing to travel to patient’s home (This can be up to a 45 mile radius) Must hold an active CPR Certification Must have the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the care team is essential to success in this role.
