Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: 100 Nagog park, Acton, MA 01720

Shift: Monday to Thursday / 6pm to 6:30am

Pay Rate: $27.60/hr on W2

Job Summary

• We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine faults, clear stoppages, and monitor equipment performance using HMIs.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product specifications.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records.
• Follow SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom requirements.
• Support process improvements, equipment validations, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated equipment, machine troubleshooting, and HMIs preferred.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and mechanical assembly.
• Medical device manufacturing, robotics, and cleanroom experience are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs.
