Join us to make a meaningful impact on a program of national importance.Responsibilities:Leads scheduling and coordinating Program Kick-Off Meeting introducing contractors and Government personnel across enterpriseDocuments comprehensive support requirements in PMP including enterprise WBS with associated responsibilities and partnershipsProvides comprehensive project support generating and maintaining Project Plans integrated with DT/EA/CST IMSLeads preparation of weekly status reports providing project-by-project statuses establishing priorities coordinating risk and issue resolutionDevelops and implements comprehensive Transition-In Plan with phased warehouse transition completed within 180 calendar daysDevelops comprehensive Quarterly Spend Plan including task breakouts, hours and dollars, and rate informationProvides comprehensive IT project management services employing management functions ensuring systematic approach to project managementPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise othersQualifications: Required -BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience; equivalencies consideredActive Secret clearanceExtensive experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale, complex IT programs or projectsDemonstrated experience integrating WBS elements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and project schedules into an enterprise-level IMSExperience performing critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, milestone tracking, dependency management, and schedule forecasting to identify potential impacts to program objectivesExperience establishing and maintaining schedule baselines, evaluating proposed changes, and assessing downstream impacts to cost, resources, milestones, and deliverablesDemonstrated ability to identify schedule risks, constraints, conflicts, and slippage, develop recovery scenarios, and provide actionable recommendations to program leadershipExperience developing schedule metrics, dashboards, status reports, and executive-level schedule briefings across multiple concurrent projects or task areasProficiency with enterprise scheduling/project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling platformsExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies and coordinating schedules across technical, operational, transition, and program management teamsDesired -Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of StateExperience supporting large-scale, geographically dispersed or global enterprise IT programsExperience integrating schedule, cost, resource, risk, and performance data to support program forecasting and decision-makingPMP, PMI-SP, or related project scheduling/program management certification- What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
