What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, service, and financial performance
• Coach and develop leaders and frontline teams
• Drive accountability and create a strong, performance-focused culture
• Improve order fulfillment, logistics, and overall workflow
• Build, track, and act on KPIs to drive measurable results
• Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement process improvements
• Partner across departments to align operations with company goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, or related preferred) or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in warehouse/distribution operations
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success improving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with KPIs and operational data
• Proficiency in Excel and operational systems

Work Environment

• Mix of office and warehouse setting
• Active role with regular time on the floor
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
