Entry Level HVAC Quotations Coordinator

Position Entry Level Commercial/Multi-Family HVAC Quotations Coordinator – Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; and/or Newport News, VA. In this role you will learn how to develop commercial plumbing quotes and support sales teams across various markets. Hybrid Work This role is approved to be a hybrid role based out of Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote). See requirements below for more information on hybrid possibilities. Shift No Nights and Weekends. Responsibilities Develop quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers, profit margins, etc. After training, identify relevant materials to be quoted Maintain good customer and vendor relationships Interact and negotiate with vendors Work within a team to accomplish goals Organize and file inbound emails and attachments in project folders Identify business critical issues quickly and collaborate with team members to resolve Utilize and maintain established SOPs to complete quotation processes Qualifications Commercial/multi-family HVAC knowledge, quotation experience, and/or Inside Sales experience preferred; however, training may be provided for the right candidate. Ability to collaborate and support quotations associates and managers in a team-oriented environment Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization Strong computer and typing skills (40+ WPM) Ability to handle a highly deadline-driven environment Flexibility and adaptability to multi-task Ability to identify business critical issues quickly and navigate priorities amid last-minute changes Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills High level of integrity and professionalism Hybrid Workers Requirements Candidates in the Raleigh, Nashville, or Newport News markets may have a hybrid schedule with time in the office for meetings, training, and collaboration. Hybrid candidates are expected in the office 3 days per week. Hybrid candidates must have a high-speed internet connection Future in-office requirements are TBD and subject to change Location The National Quotations department has offices in Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, and Newport News, VA, and serves the entire country. Candidates should be within reasonable driving distance to support a hybrid schedule with in-person meetings, training, and collaboration. Pay Pay Range: $15.00 - $27.50 Estimated ranges are displayed as monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
