Responsibilities
- Residential and move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed work
- Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or as part of a small team
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (very important)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to clean for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
