Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a patient-centered, outcomes-focused environment that values integrity, respect, mentorship, and professional growth.
