Current Hiring Priorities Front of House — HIGHEST NEED Primary Hiring Focus Front of House team members create a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest. Responsibilities include: Providing friendly and professional guest service Taking orders accurately and efficiently Supporting front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Working with urgency during peak hours Daytime Shifts (Strong Need — Ideal for Adults) Opening Shift: Open – 2:00 PM Day Shifts: 7:00 or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM These shifts are ideal for adults with daytime availability seeking consistent daytime hours and reliable scheduling. Mid-Shift (Front of House - Ideal for college students or individuals seeking part-day schedules) Mid-Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM to 11:00am until 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Scheduling Expectations: Must be available at least one or two weekdays Must be available to work on most Saturdays Other Available Positions Back of House (Kitchen Team Member) Kitchen team members prepare menu items with precision while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards. Responsibilities include: Preparing food according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen Supporting production goals during busy periods Ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met Daytime Shifts (Back of House/Kitchen — Ideal for Adults) Opening Shift: Open – 4:00 PM These shifts are ideal for adults with daytime availability seeking consistent daytime hours and reliable scheduling. Mid-Shift (Back of House/Kitchen - Ideal for college students or individuals seeking part-day schedules) Mid-Shift: Starting at 9:00 AM to 11:00am until 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Closing Shift (Back of House/Kitchen - Ideal for persons age 18 or older seeking full, closing shift work until 11pm or 11:30pm) Closing Shift: Starting at 2:00pm, 3:00pm, or 4:00pm and working until we close Why Work Here?
