Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and professional standards are met. Foster professional growth by identifying training needs, organizing educational programs, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and career progression. Resolve conflicts among staff promptly and effectively using mediation techniques to maintain a positive work environment and ensure team cohesion. Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Mentor and precept new staff by providing hands‑on training, feedback, and fostering professional development. Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies to maintain high standards of patient services and safety. Performs other duties as assigned.
