  Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join our team at Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona conveniently located just a short drive from San Diego, California.   • 19-bed High Level II Equivalent (Level II EQ) NICU caring for neonates as early as 28 weeks gestation
  \n
  • Average daily census of 11 13 infants, supporting a manageable and patient-focused practice
  \n
  • 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage, promoting continuity of care and clinical excellence
  \n
  • Neonatologists attend high-risk deliveries for infants <35 weeks gestation or as clinically indicated
  \n
  • Neonatologist will practice within an integrated, physician-led network of:\n
    \n
    • 28 neonatologists
    \n
    • 42 neonatal nurse practitioners
    \n
    • 2 physician assistants
      \n providing coordinated, multi-level neonatal services across Arizona
    \n
  \n
  • Exposure to advanced clinical care and technologies, including ECMO, high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), oscillator ventilation, and participation in clinical research
  \n

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatology

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment

• Ability to obtain AZ licensure
