Office Assistant/ Receptionist

Position Summary Our team is looking for a friendly face to greet our clients with a smile. As our receptionist, you'll be the first impression and the last goodbye. If you're organized, multitasking, and have a passion for people, this is the perfect role for you. for patients, family members and visitors! Posted Salary Range USD $15.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls Welcome on-site visitors, assist them appropriately, COVID 19 screening and always provide excellent customer service to both the visitors and fellow staff members. Assist BOM with all aspects of clerical, data entry, and billing duties.
