Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients’ mental health challenges, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy tailored to clients’ needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring availability and responsiveness during critical situations.

• Document therapeutic interactions meticulously, maintain confidential client records, and prepare progress notes that comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, available treatment resources, and coping strategies, while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops, training, and team meetings to stay informed about the latest best practices and developments in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will encounter clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
