Production Operator

Production Operator - Multiple Openings (Day & Night Shifts)
Pay: $24/hr
Location: Fernley NV
Duration:3 + months contract
We are hiring multiple Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Shifts Available:

• Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): Thu-Sat + every other Wed
• Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): Sun-Tue + every other Wed
• Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): Sun-Tue + every other Wed
• Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): Thu-Sat + every other Wed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment (mixers, pumps, robotics, forklifts, etc.)
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods
• Monitor production quality and maintain accurate records
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support team operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
• Comfortable working with machinery and in a production setting
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience operating machinery, forklifts, or packaging equipment
• Familiarity with quality checks and batch processing
