We are hiring multiple Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

We are hiring multiple Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): Thu-Sat + every other Wed
- Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): Sun-Tue + every other Wed
- Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): Sun-Tue + every other Wed
- Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): Thu-Sat + every other Wed
- Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment (mixers, pumps, robotics, forklifts, etc.)
- Load/unload raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor production quality and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Support team operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
- Comfortable working with machinery and in a production setting
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Experience operating machinery, forklifts, or packaging equipment
- Familiarity with quality checks and batch processing
