Nurse Practitioner – Advanced Wound Care (Full‑Time | Home‑Based Care) Based in Lake Villa, IL | Serving Lake, McHenry, Cook, DuPage, DeKalb, and Winnebago Counties 4 or 5-day work week | 25–30 patients/week Wound Wellness PLLC is a nurse practitioner-owned and operated wound care practice founded in February 2024, providing advanced wound care in the comfort of patients' homes and in-clinic .
