What You’ll Do Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and account support Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish Help customers understand coverage options and insurance solutions Process policy updates, payments, and service requests Build strong client relationships through proactive communication Support retention efforts and identify cross-sell opportunities Work closely with the agency team to support overall growth and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For Active Property & Casualty license preferred Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous insurance or customer-facing experience is a plus Why Join Our Team?
