Job Description Job Description Job Overview Sign-On Bonus Available Key Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES: The staff nurse is tasked with delivering nursing care to patients across all stages of life, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role operates within the organization's established policies and procedures, showcasing professional development and accountability. The staff nurse is also responsible for upholding practice standards and coordinating the patient care activities of all assigned personnel to ensure high-quality nursing care. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Completion of an accredited nursing program. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: New graduates from nursing programs are welcome to apply. LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: For PRN roles: A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is advantageous (refer to addendum). Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Business Unit Unit Name: Medical Center
