As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! What you’ll do Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills Celebrate their wins! A rewarding career path in behavioral healthcare $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week) Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives + $2/hour for weekend shifts + $5/hour for company-observed holidays Now Hiring In We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away. Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow Reliable transportation We’ll teach you everything you need to know. And if you’ve ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, or sociology — you’re already halfway there! Education High School or better.
