We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Merced, California for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time onsite role focuses on early childhood learners and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during critical developmental years.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Start Date: July 17, 2026
• Onsite Only
• Caseload: Approximately 35 students (may grow up to 55)
• Population: Pre-K through 1st Grade students
• Supportive and collaborative school environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support early language development, articulation, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong passion for working with early childhood learners
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
