Room Attendant

The Chicago Marriott O’Hare is looking for a Room Attendant to join our hotel team! Responsibilities Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking amenities. Replace used towels and linens with fresh ones. Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Ensure all room furniture and fixtures are clean and in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Adhere to brand standards for cleanliness and presentation. Respect guests’ privacy and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas. Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude. Follow lost and found procedures for any items left behind. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
