Position: OB/GYN
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Schedule: Full-Time

Join a growing and established multi-specialty medical group serving one of California's fastest-growing communities. Due to increasing patient demand and upcoming physician retirements in the market, the group is expanding its Women's Health service line and seeking multiple OB/GYN physicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in helping build and shape a growing practice while enjoying the support and resources of a large healthcare organization.

• Full-scope OB/GYN opportunity
• Monday through Friday clinic schedule
• Established multi-specialty medical group
• Expected patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day once fully ramped up
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support for each physician
• Clinic managers and supervisors handle day-to-day operations
• Hospital-employed OB Hospitalists provide inpatient support
• Call responsibilities shared among the OB/GYN team
• Opportunity to participate in the development of a future OB/GYN residency program

• Employed position with a large, physician-supported medical group
• Backed by a nationally recognized healthcare system
• Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Collaborative environment with strong specialist support across multiple service lines

• Base Salary: $400,000 – $450,000
• Two-year guaranteed salary
• Transition to productivity-based compensation model thereafter
• Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
• Student loan assistance available
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Residency stipend available
• Medical and dental coverage for physician and family
• CME allowance plus paid CME time
• 401(k) with employer match
• Eight weeks of paid time off annually
• Malpractice insurance provided

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• California medical license or ability to obtain
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
