Senior Solutions Designer

The Senior Solutions Designer is responsible for designing and developing complex, integrated technology solutions primarily using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM platforms. This role involves gathering client requirements, creating detailed design documentation, conducting user research, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills to deliver high-quality, mission-critical applications aligned with client strategies and industry best practices. Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and corporate IT mandates.
• Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create high-level application flows, functional design documents, and detailed process flows.
• Design user experience solutions with accessibility considerations (WCAG/AODA).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and develop user personas and journey maps.
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop use cases, identify business rules, and document risk assessments with solutions.
• Create quality assurance plans and write test cases for solution validation.
• Participate in solution development activities and advise on short- and long-term service strategies.
• Plan, migrate, implement, and sustain large, complex system development projects.
• Evaluate system performance, capacity, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain awareness of technology trends and evaluate new products for client needs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and quality.

• 7+ years experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
• Experience developing business design documents and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Proficiency in creating application flows, functional design documents, and screen designs.
• Strong knowledge of user experience design, accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA), and usability testing.
• Experience with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Skilled in developing use cases, business rules documentation, and risk analysis.
• Experience creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
• Demonstrated expertise in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and project management basics (e.g., PMBOK).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA).
• Knowledge of Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
• Experience ensuring compliance with corporate quality assurance standards.
• Familiarity with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and business architecture artifacts.
• Experience documenting test strategies and managing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to develop application visibility and CRUD matrices.

• Ability to work under pressure with aggressive timelines and adapt to change.
• Strong teamwork orientation with ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
• Experience working in public sector environments is advantageous.
