Assists patients, visitors, and employees by giving directions, over the phone, accurately. Controls parking and entrances to hospital by use of the Matrix card access system.EducationMinimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GEDLicensure/Certification/RegistrationMust pass Law Enforcement Automated Data System (LEADS) and Computerized Criminal History (CCH) certification requirements within thirty days of employment and maintain certification throughout employmentExperienceMinimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experiencePreferred experience: Previous experience in law enforcement as dispatcher desirableKnowledge/SkillsComputer skills desirableAbility to acquire International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety Basis TrainingAbility to acquire Incident Command system (ICS) – IS 100 I.E.BThis position requires an individual able to work under pressure with many interruptions while remaining calm a pleasant to the public and facility personnel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Health
