The Hospital Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of administrative and logistical processes within a hospital setting, supporting McKesson's commitment to healthcare excellence Location This is an onsite role at our location in Wilsonville, OR. Compensation This role is budgeted at a rate of $25 - $27 per hour. Job Description - Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with hospital customers to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of medications. Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospital customers and internal account executives. Serve as a key liaison between Distribution Centers (DCs), Account Executives, and customers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Partner with distribution center leadership to resolve issues related to order processing, deliveries, and proper product storage. Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational and customer reports to identify trends and support data-driven decision making. Provide general administrative and customer support, including answering phones and managing correspondence with customers and couriers. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as appropriate. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow efficiency, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction Minimum Requirement Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Education High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred. Critical Skills Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in SalesForce Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Knowledge of distribution center operations and compliance standards is a plus. Our Base Pay Range for this position $21.39 - $35.65 Benefits We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
