Network Support Technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking to expand our in-house technical team.Position:As a Network Support Technician, you will be a member of a team that supports incoming requests, manages ticket queues and works with clients over the phone, and occasionally in person, to provide outstanding technical support in an ever-changing network environment.Duties:This position will include the following duties at a minimum:Manage tickets using our ticketing system (TK-Tracker2)Manage endpointsRemote supportMonitoringReportingSupportBackup monitoring of systems and networksWorkstation & laptop supportPhone configurations and supportAntivirus system managementInternet install and supportTurnKey TV and Music system supportFirewall support and updatesTurnKey wireless network supportOn call rotationMakes follow up calls as required ensuring customer satisfaction.Assists in installing, designing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software; analyzes, troubleshoots and tracks the nature and resolution of problems.
