Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) Circulator

Schedule / Job Type

Contract – Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | On-Call Required | Projected Start: June 15, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating RN in a 6-OR suite performing general, orthopedic, orthopedic spine, vascular, and urology procedures
• Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the perioperative process in a 1:1 patient ratio
• Ensure sterility of the surgical environment and manage supplies throughout each procedure
• Accurately document surgical activities and patient information using Cerner EMR
• Participate in on-call and floating assignments as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Experience with general, orthopedic, orthopedic spine, vascular, and urology cases

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (facility will assist candidate in obtaining if not current)
• AORN membership or certification preferred
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR
