What You’ll Do (Daily Wins) Create an exceptional, high-energy guest experience from hello to goodbye Confidently sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and gift cards Match guests with the right services & therapists to meet their wellness goals Manage appointments, calls, and front desk flow with professionalism Keep the spa welcoming, organized, and on-brand What We’re Looking For Sales-driven mindset with a love for people and conversation Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and value Strong communication and listening skills Team player who performs well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Availability Tues, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun) (Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a big plus!)
