Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to an engaging and supportive educational environment in the Prince Frederick area, conveniently located within a short drive of both Baltimore and Washington, D.C. This contract opportunity spans the upcoming school year, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week from August 18, 2025, through June 11, 2026.

As part of this rewarding role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to support two schools—one elementary and one secondary—within the mid-to-south region of the county. For exceptional candidates with strong skill sets, hybrid work options may be considered, with all student-focused responsibilities conducted on-site and presence at schools ensured during work weeks throughout the contract's duration.

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Maryland (MD).
• Open to recent graduates, out-of-state applicants, and seasoned professionals alike.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Commitment to supporting the academic, emotional, and social well-being of diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments.
• Provide direct intervention services and consultation to students, parents, and staff.
• Develop and implement intervention and support plans tailored to individual students.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
