Company Overview:
We are a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. As a new and expanding business, we’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to grow with us and be part of building something meaningful.
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home support to clients. If you are reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality care, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow care plans and document services provided
- Maintain professionalism and respect client confidentiality
Requirements:
- CNA or PCA (or willingness to obtain PCA certification through us)
- Must be employed with us for at least 60 days to qualify for certification benefits
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must provide professional references
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
