Information Technology Contract Manager

Seeking a Contract Manager to manage technology-enabled contracting functions for a retail organization. This role focuses on enabling efficient, compliant contract lifecycle management for the IT department. Key Responsibilities Create, analyze, and negotiate complex IT contracts, including MSAs (Master Service Agreements), NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
