Fulfillment Specialist

WorkSource is seeking to fill several positions as Fulfillment Specialists for a client in the Fayetteville area.

Compensation and Benefits include:

• Starting pay is $14/hour
• Insurance options including medical, dental and vision
• Weekly paycheck
• Contract-to-hire position
• WorkSource is an employee-owned company

Overview of Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with picking, shipping, batching, restocking, etc. as order flow dictates
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
• Develop a deep understanding in all the work involved within shipping
• Work at a healthy pace that allows us to be on top of orders coming in
• Engage positively with other members of the team
• Operate a computer proficiently

Job Requirements:


Hire must be able to...

• Stay on feet all day
• Lift 30-40 lb boxes multiple times a day
• Push pallets 500+pounds
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Learn tools and become proficient with Warehouse Management Systems
• Be able to work independently and in a close proximity with co-workers
• Easily communicate with others in ways that betters the work environment
