Job Description Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Join our team and support the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photographs of displays. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with company guidelines. Verify that negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the management team. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently. Ability to use a personal vehicle to visit store locations; mileage will be reimbursed. Comfortable with downloading and using work‐related applications on a personal device. Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical requirements, such as lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Residence within 25 miles of the primary location (Little Rock, AR) or secondary locations (North Little Rock, AR; Sherwood, AR). Availability Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, with start times between 6‑7 am; 15–20 hours per week. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation: $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience. 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program (EAP), internet reimbursement of $10.00 if no company device is provided.
