Join us as a Program Integrator (PI) for U.S. Patriot Programs, where your expertise will drive high-volume, high-visibility proposal activities for both U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. Collaborate with the Patriot Product Line, cross-functional teams, and program offices to craft winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals that fuel program growth.

In addition to leading proposal efforts, you will play a key role in contract negotiations post-submission, ensuring alignment on terms, pricing, and deliverables that meet customer and company goals. While program execution will play a supporting role, your leadership in proposals and contract negotiations will be critical to securing new business and strengthening customer partnerships. What You Will Do

Lead product Bid/No Bid decisions in collaboration of Contracts and Product Line

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the entire proposal development process for the U.S. Patriot Program in collaboration with cross-functional team including Supply Chain, Estimating and Pricing, Operations, Product Line, Finance and Contract

Monitor team's progress in developing and delivering proposals on time

Support daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments

Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures

Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations

Meeting business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations

Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits

Expected to support domestic travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems

Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management and/or administrative functions

Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages

Qualifications We Prefer

Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources

Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval

Familiarity with material pricing and factory operations

Working knowledge of contract vehicles, types, formation, execution, and management

This position is an onsite role, located in either Tewksbury, MA or Huntsville, AL.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
