- Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with key accounts and potential clients is fundamental. By understanding client needs and fostering trust, the Territory Sales Executive contributes to sustained success.
- Performance Goals: The Territory Sales Executive actively contributes to achieving bookings targets. Their performance directly impacts the company's overall success.
- Reporting Structure: The Territory Sales Executive reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, collaborating closely to drive results and enhance market presence.

- Build West-Coast business by identifying prospects and converting them into clients.
- Grow relationships by developing internal sponsors in target organizations.
- Develop regional sales strategy.
- Analyze market, assist in marketing/pricing plans.
- Provide support to clients and to the organization.
- ID new business, product improvements, new market opportunities, etc.
- Provide sales reporting and analysis documentation.
Requirements Basic Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within the aerospace and defense sector.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or college.
- Technical Knowledge: While not mandatory, a technical degree is preferred.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Language Skills: Possesses a strong command of English, both in written and oral communication, particularly in operational and legal contexts.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management at all levels.
- Leadership: Exhibits strategic leadership abilities.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering compelling presentations.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% for business purposes.
- Location: Able to work onsite in Buena Park, CA (Northern Orange County).
- Candidate will only be considered if: They can work onsite. They are US Citizens or Green Card holders.
