Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Northshore Dental Center is seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment they enter our office.
Responsibilities:
•Greet patients with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
•Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar
•Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling requests promptly
•Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office

Atleast minimum of 1 year experience.
