Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00/hourShift: 1st What’s a typical day as Licensing Specialist? You’ll be:

• Managing and resolving licensing cases related to Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes/Buyouts.
• Researching and addressing client licensing requests with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring, prioritizing, and managing multiple cases and workload efficiently.
• Utilizing the DMV Terminal and other office technologies to complete cases in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Demonstrating attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism in all work.
• Collaborating with team members and adapting to new assignments, processes, and technologies as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Bring 2-4 years of experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service.
• Are proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing priorities and deadlines.
• Have previous experience with DMV procedures, vehicle-related transactions, or accounting principles (a plus).
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Work well independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.
• Approach challenges with composure, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and improve.
