Membership Sales Associate at URGE FITNESS Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Compensation: Commission-Driven (Earnings Based on Individual Sales Performance) Position Summary URGE FITNESS is seeking motivated, competitive, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-pressure sales environment, are comfortable with rejection, and are motivated by the opportunity to control their own income through performance. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Actively sell URGE FITNESS memberships, services, and programs through high-volume outbound and inbound phone calls Scheduled sales appointments Walk-in prospects and facility tours Conduct professional, confident, and persuasive sales presentations Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Phone Work & Appointments Perform extensive daily phone outreach to new, existing, and past leads Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual appointments Maintain strong appointment show rates through effective communication and follow-up Accurately log all activity in URGE FITNESS CRM and sales software Performance Expectations & Accountability Operate in a quota-driven environment with clearly defined monthly sales goals Thrive under performance pressure and take ownership of results Accept coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve results Customer Experience & Professional Standards Represent URGE FITNESS with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism Provide accurate information regarding memberships, pricing, and policies Ensure all membership agreements are completed correctly and compliantly Maintain a positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude Adhere to all URGE FITNESS sales processes, scripts, and ethical standards Scheduling & Availability Evenings Weekends Sales schedules may vary based on business needs, lead flow, and appointment availability Qualifications & Skills Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, phone sales, or commission-based roles a plus) Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to handle rejection and remain focused Strong time management and organizational skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and scheduling software Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to move throughout the facility during tours and appointments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy fitness environment Ability to stand, walk, and engage with prospects for extended periods What to Expect in This Role A Performance-based Compensation Structure: Earnings potential tied directly to effort, consistency, and closing ability A high-accountability sales environment Ongoing coaching and performance feedback Opportunity to grow within URGE FITNESS for top performers Important Disclosure This position is EXTREMELY commission-driven.
